It’s Brunch O’ Clock!

Flowers are starting to bloom and it’s finally Spring. To say that I’m excited for spring brunches and events is a drastic understatement. And what I mean by that is, if brunch is your favorite meal of the day you aren’t alone! Spring is the best season for brunch in Florida because the weather is warm and usually offers a nice breeze, so you can actually spend time outside enjoying the fresh air and pleasant scents of spring in bloom. Whether your next brunch includes setting up a mimosa bar, an extensive grazing station, or is a full-service party, we’re here to help you create an experience worth sharing!

BRUNCH HOR D’OEUVRES

When you’re mingling with friends at a party, the convenience of grab-and-go appetizers is a game changer. You don’t have to worry about sitting at a table to eat and can move from place to place with ease, all while enjoying tasty treats. At bigger events, butler passed hor d’oeuvres are a must so that you can enjoy the company of each of your guests without missing a thing. Rather than visiting the grazing station to make your plate, that option gives you the opportunity to try the same dish with the group you’re chatting with. Then wander hands-free without having to refill a plate because there’s more where that came from.

BRUNCH FOOD STATIONS

You actually want to enjoy your own party and not spend it locked away in the kitchen, right? Our focus is to help you host by honing maximum impact with minimal effort on your end. Entertaining at home or at a venue can be made a lot easier through the use of a make-your-own style food bar. This not only gives your guests options of different combinations, but also provides an interactive experience. For a convenience-focused brunch, try out our DIY salad platters or morning bread platter. A few other delightful ideas for spring brunch is a parfait bar, a nova lox bagel bar, an egg sandwich station, or a cocktail bar. Any of our experienced planners would be thrilled to create one of these for your event, or to fulfill any other ideas you may have! If you’re hosting Easter this year and still aren’t sure of the menu, check out our Easter brunch meal and sit back & relax knowing everything is taken care of.

BRUNCH BARS

Brunch simply isn’t brunch without a little something to take the edge off. It may not be 5 o’clock, but also isn’t that far away. Brunch cocktail bars are always a hit, and are typically the first visited table and the most visited. Whether you’re surprising your guests with a bloody mary bar with all the fixings or a DIY (drink it yourself) mimosa bar with multiple types of juice and fruits,  it will truly be the staple at your party. Stop and smell the rosé, because no matter how many glasses your guests have, your brunch will be one to remember.

You deserve to enjoy each one of those just as much as your guests, and we’ll take the burdens of hosting off your plate and replace it with mouthwatering food. Going for a formal vibe? We’ll serve your guests a plated meal at the table so you can sit back and enjoy the experience of chatting with your friends, family, or coworkers. Brunch culinary action stations can provide an interactive experience with the chef as they create flavorful food right in front of your eyes, and you can never go wrong with a brunch buffet.
