Located in Jacksonville’s historic Springfield district, Brick & Beam offers a unique and welcoming space for your next catered event. 2300 square feet of brick walls and old patchwork showcase the venue’s rustic charm, while thoughtfully placed accent lighting adds a vibe of elegance of an era gone by. The caterers prep area and warming station is tucked away out of sight, allowing you to focus on the most important part – your guests. With multiple parking options available, you can also be assured no one will have to travel far before the fun begins.​

This thoughtfully renovated building provides a blank canvas upon which you can create your vision. The expansive main parlor and back porch offer flexibility to accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.

The Great Hall:
Soaring ceilings and expansive glass walls bathe this space in natural light, creating a sophisticated and airy ambience for larger gatherings.

The Concourse:
This elegant space offers a light-filled setting, ideal for smaller, intimate gatherings or a pre-function area before moving to another space.

The Roof Garden:
Located on the third floor, the Roof Garden is a roughly 3,000-square-foot open-air garden with paved and planted surfaces. With limited seating, it can accommodate 150 and is suitable for receptions and casual events.
