Kozuba & Sons Distillery

Kozuba & Sons’ story begins in 2005 in the Polish village of Jablonka in the northern lake region of Poland. Zbigniew “Papa” Kozuba, a biochemist and businessman, retired and moved to the countryside to live out a dream to create infused spirits that many Polish families honored. Matthias and Jacob, the named “sons,” joined the their father’s operation and helped him turn it into a business. In 2012 they started distilling the first Polish single malt whiskey and experimented with other varieties of this world famous brown spirit. In 2014, they chose Florida to call home and moved from Jablonka to St. Petersburg where they opened the first distillery in St. Pete to allow full tours and on-premise events.

Located in the St. Petersburg’s Grand Central District, minutes from Central Avenue and the waterfront, Kozuba & Sons Distillery offers a classic yet modern venue for your big day. They are a “Grain-to-Glass” family operated distillery that houses their original copper stills, a barrel aging room on site with varying numbers of barrels, a spacious patio area that accommodates over 400, a bar, and a gallery area which allows for an additional 75 guests. ​With
