We’ve gathered our most commonly asked questions to make planning your Puff ’n Stuff delivery simple, stress-free, and delicious.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply browse our online menu, add your selections to your cart, choose your preferred delivery window, provide your delivery details, and check out — easy as pie (which we also happen to make).

If you prefer, you can also place your order by phone or email. Contact our Customer Service Team at 407-608-2020, and we’ll be happy to assist with your order.

HOW DOES A PUFF ’N STUFF DELIVERY WORK?

We make entertaining easy (and delicious). Each order is freshly prepared by our culinary team, packaged in our custom Puff ’n Stuff delivery boxes, and delivered hot and ready to serve — no kitchen or extra prep required.

WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH MY DELIVERY?

Every Puff ’n Stuff delivery is packaged and presented with care — all you need to do is enjoy! We offer three levels of presentation to fit your service style:

Standard Delivery – Includes our custom Puff ’n Stuff delivery boxes, menu item labels, serving utensils, and premium white square disposable plates and rolled disposable flatware.

Enhanced Delivery – Everything from our Standard setup, plus catering wire chafer racks with heat sources to keep your meal warm and fresh for extended service times.

Elevated Delivery – A polished presentation featuring reusable heating equipment and elegant platters for cold items. Our team will return at a prearranged time to collect the reusable pieces — no dishwashing required.

WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?

Your food arrives in the capable hands of our Puff ’n Stuff trained delivery specialists — the friendly faces who make “drop-off” feel like VIP service.

A standard setup takes about 15 minutes, while an elevated presentation may take up to 30 minutes. Our specialists will have everything beautifully arranged and ready for service before heading out.

Deliveries are scheduled within a half-hour delivery window, so your meal arrives fresh and perfectly timed.

WHAT IF I WANT SOMEONE TO HELP SERVE THE FOOD?

If you’d like assistance during your meal, our Full-Service Catering may be the perfect fit!

Give us a call at 407-608-2020, and we’ll connect you with one of our Special Event Planners who can help coordinate staffed service, rentals, and other event enhancements.

DELIVERY HOURS & LOCATIONS

Delivery is available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Deliveries are scheduled within a half-hour window to allow for preparation, routing, and setup.

Delivery fees are based on distance from the nearest Puff ’n Stuff kitchen:

  • $30 for deliveries within 10 miles
  • $50 for deliveries within 20 miles
  • $75+ for deliveries over 20 miles

Our kitchen locations:

  • Orlando: 250 Rio Dr, Orlando, FL 32810
  • Tampa: 5804 E Columbus Dr, Tampa, FL 33619

We currently serve up to a 20-mile delivery radius from each kitchen.

Please call us at 407-608-2020 to see if we can make a longer-distance delivery work — or select Pick-Up at checkout to collect your order from one of our kitchens

PICK-UP SERVICE

To avoid a delivery fee or if you’re outside our delivery area, select Pick-Up at checkout and choose the location that’s most convenient — Tampa or Orlando.

When you arrive, park at our office entrance and let our First Impressions Team know you’re here. We’ll load your order safely into your vehicle — just make sure there’s enough flat space for trays to ride level.

ORDER DEADLINES

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of your desired delivery or pickup window start time.

For Monday deliveries, please place your order by 1pm Friday to ensure availability.

We recommend ordering early for large groups or special occasions to secure your preferred delivery window. Need a rush order? Call our Customer Service Team at 407-608-2020 — our team will make every effort to accommodate your request.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

We understand — plans can shift! If you need to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Team at 407-608-2020 as soon as possible, and our team will explore all available options to accommodate your request.

While orders cannot be canceled once placed, you may postpone your delivery to a later date if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery window. We’ll do everything we can to ensure your new timing works seamlessly.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is required at checkout to confirm your order. We accept all major credit cards and ACH payments. For any questions regarding payment, please contact our Customer Service Team for support.

HOW LONG WILL THE FOOD STAY FRESH AFTER DELIVERY?

For standard delivery, we recommend serving your meal within 30 minutes of delivery for the best quality and temperature.

If you opt for an enhanced or elevated presentation, your setup will include items designed to keep food hot for up to 3 hours.

We don’t recommend leaving food out for more than 3 hours after delivery — even the best dishes need a little rest.

DO YOU SET UP THE FOOD ON TABLES?

Yes! All Puff ’n Stuff deliveries are set up buffet-style on your existing tables or surfaces so your meal is ready to enjoy the moment our delivery specialists depart.

We offer three levels of presentation:

  • Standard Delivery – Beautifully packaged in our custom delivery boxes with menu labels, serving utensils, and premium disposable plates and flatware.
  • Enhanced Delivery – Includes everything from our Standard setup, plus catering wire chafer racks with heat sources to keep your meal hot and guest-ready for an extended service.
  • Elevated Delivery – Our top-tier presentation featuring reusable heating equipment and platters for cold items, providing a polished look and elevated feel. Our team will return at a prearranged time to collect the reusable pieces.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY DELIVERY IS ON THE WAY?

You can expect your order to arrive within the delivery window you selected at checkout. If anything unexpected comes up that could affect your timing, our delivery team will reach out right away to keep you updated.

DO YOU OFFER RECURRING OR STANDING ORDERS FOR OFFICES?

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate recurring or standing orders for corporate clients and office programs. Give us a call at 407-608-2020 to arrange ongoing deliveries that fit your schedule — lunch heroes, assemble!

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGE CORPORATE OR EVENT ORDERS?

Absolutely — that’s our specialty. You can place your order online or contact us directly at 407-608-2020 for personalized assistance with large or multi-order deliveries.

DO YOU OFFER MENU SUBSTITUTIONS OR CUSTOMIZATIONS?

Our chefs have crafted a menu with plenty of variety to please a crowd.

At this time, menu items can’t be customized or altered through our Shopify site. If you need adjustments for a specific event or dietary need, please reach out to our Customer Service Team directly — we’re happy to explore available options.

All dishes are clearly labeled with allergen information, and if you have questions about ingredients or dietary accommodations, please contact us at 407-608-2020 before placing your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because every order is prepared fresh just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations once payment has been processed.

If your plans change, you may postpone your delivery to a later date by contacting our Customer Service Team at 407-608-2020 at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.

If you're unable to reschedule, our team can also assist in coordinating a donation of your order to a local community partner whenever possible.

FULL-SERVICE EVENTS
