Nestled right beside the water, Hannah & Cody celebrated their love at the Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota, FL. Special Event Planner, Angel, had a wonderful time planning the wedding with the bride’s mother, Jill. It is one of her favorite weddings to plan of the year!

Hannah & Cody both shared a passion for travel and adventure. Since Cody is a pilot, it only seemed fitting to have a travel themed wedding.

Their wedding included travel themed details including custom luggage tag placecards, post card table numbers, a hot air balloon frame for heart-shaped notes from guests, and a cake styled to look like a pile of vintage suitcases. Each table was named after a country and the cake even had continents on it to tie the theme all together. 

 

Due to COVID19, Hannah & Cody had to reduce their guest count from 200 to 30. However, they embraced their special day with amazing attitudes and unstoppable love for each other. With a smaller guest count, these two were able to enhance their wedding menu with boozy popsicles, a seafood display and more.

We even created custom water bottle labels! The guests received these special water bottles from the  bar when they needed a refreshment.

This wedding proved to us that love cannot be stopped, no matter what. We are so fortunate to be apart of this special day and we enjoyed getting creative with them during the planning process. Congratulations to Hannah & Cody!
