The menu Chef Sean created was fresh, flavorful and transported our taste buds south of the border. We indulged in savory dishes highlighting Mexican staples such as avocados, corn, tomatoes, beans, and chile peppers. We washed it down with two kinds of margaritas, spicy Jalepeño-Lime and sweet Prickly Pear.
