Life Celebrations | Cinco de Mayo

Yesterday we had a few of our amigos stop by the Tampa commissary for a little fiesta, and we obviously had to incorporate Mexican-inspired fare ahead of Cinco de Mayo. The menu Chef Sean created was fresh, flavorful and transported our taste buds south of the border. We indulged in savory dishes highlighting Mexican staples such as avocados, corn, tomatoes, beans, and chile peppers. We washed it down with two kinds of margaritas, spicy Jalepeño-Lime and sweet Prickly Pear.
