When you first enter the catering world, it’s like going to the eye doctor. You end up getting a new pair of glasses that allow you to see everything in a different way. You see a much more realistic and emphatic world out there. You see all the hard work, the sweat, the tears, and the laughs. You start to notice all the things you didn’t when you were a customer attending an event.

My job is unique in a way that is unexplainable unless you have experienced it. Your coworkers become your family and together as a team we get to make magic while we work and the magic is what makes me wake up and go to work every day.

Nothing is more important than attention to detail. As a company we take the time to make the setup of our food look absolutely amazing. We do this by paying close attention to the colors and textures of each ingredient in the food we are preparing. We work individually with each client to create a menu that truly reflects them and their personality.
