I was lucky to see my parents catering events when I was just a young child, and seeing their joy and excitement definitely sparked my interest. Working closely as our company grew with evolving food trends and unique events has kept me inspired for years. I had the opportunity to be in the board of International Caterers Association for over five years, which elevated my knowledge on menu and event design, as I collaborated with the best event professionals in the country.

I have had the opportunity to work with so many different individuals, with such a variety of ideas and dreams for their event, which makes each day nothing like the next! Creating unique displays and creative food items is one of my favorite ways to surprise guests at an event.

At Puff ‘n Stuff, we truly think through every menu item and every detail on each event on a weekly basis. Even if items are repetitive, the settings, venue, audience and presentations are different.
