"If the quality and taste of your food is important to you, this is the place to go! My guests still talk about how delicious the food was! More importantly they are a team of extremely organized professionals. They arrived on time, took care of everything, and cleaned up on time. Everything went smoothly and my guests have given me feedback on how organized they were, they didn't have to wait for their food, and food wasn't cold. All of those typical complaints you hear, nope I didn't have them!

Heidi and Heather were great to work with. They helped me choose a menu that met our expectations, yet allowed us to stay within our budget!

As the bride and groom, we were constantly taken care of and always had someone checking up on us to see if we needed anything, especially water. Trust me you need someone for that!

The best part was when we received packed food to take with us for the night. I honestly didn't think we needed it but as soon as we got to the hotel, the Mr. and I enjoyed eating every bite of it! Who knew we would be hungry!

The candle accents, the extra table for the cake, every thing was PERFECTION! Thank you.

They arrived early - Kelly and the Chef set the tone the moment they arrived. And the tone was one of accommodation, adding details, asking what and how we wanted things. Exactly at 7:00 p.m. the appetizers were passed around. The food was perfectly cooked and the steaks were perfect.

Nicole and her assistant Melissa were true pros. They were on their toes at all times. Every question was answered quickly and they gave us amazing ideas. We are sorry we are not generating new suggestions or ideas: Puff 'n Stuff has left us speechless.

We only have praises. The food was tended to until very late: there was no rush to dismantle things. There was not a single empty can or bottle left behind. The staff in the office and at the event was so friendly, yet professional and attentive. We are glad we have discovered Puff 'n Stuff. "All I can say is WOW. I never knew catered food could taste so good! My wedding coordinator said there are only two caterers to consider in Orlando, and Puff ‘n Stuff was the clear winner for me. I worked with Heidi Brice for the brainstorm meeting. Between Heidi and my coordinator, they were able to suggest things I never would have considered. From the brainstorm meeting, we moved on to the tasting. The food was absolutely amazing. My parents and husband were all blown away. We were able to try most of our menu at our tasting, but not all of it. At the wedding I was curious to see how my other selections would turn out and they were beyond expectations. Despite our uncertainty and tight budget, they were able to work with us to find the perfect combination of food items to fit our budget and palette. Our food tasting was exceptional and we could not have been more pleased with the selections we made. "I’m a food blogger and food was one of the most important details of our wedding to us. We searched high and low for a caterer and we finally landed with Puff 'n Stuff. They lived up to the hype that everyone else gives them. We worked with Lauren and from the moment I sat with her to plan our menu with a very tight budget she made sure it worked – we came in under budget and with no loss of quality. I could not have asked for a better caterer planner - her responsiveness, professionalism and flexibility was always spot on, even during my freak-outs and all those little changes that happen at the last minute.

"This past weekend I had the pleasure of attending one of my best friend’s wedding, Liz McMunn. I worked as her day of planner and handled all aspects of the event for her. I am writing this email to express how impressed I was with your entire staff that evening.

From the minute that they arrived Simon was right on point with everything and it just appeared seamless with their arrival and set-up. The staff was so professional with everything including a few small changes that occurred as I’m sure they do all of the time. Anything that needed to be taken care of was done so quickly and professionally.

Throughout the entire event the staff was amazing, the food phenomenal and the service outstanding. Tom Maney who handled the food and Simon overseeing the service staff were just great. "I am a first time mother-of-the-bride to my only daughter. I am also not wealthy by financial means, but beyond rich with family, friends, and so many relationships in my life as a lifelong resident of Orlando. My daughter who grew up in Orlando but is now residing in her college town of Tallahassee, became engaged on Valentines Day of 2011. By May of 2011, we had a date picked and a decision for her to marry in her home town of Orlando. The decision of where to hold the ceremony was a no-brainer because she grew up attending First United Methodist in downtown Orlando. This made us look to the downtown area for a reception venue. We actively researched that summer and after looking at dozens of options - fell in love with the Ballroom at Church Street. We quickly learned that Puff 'n Stuff was also attached to this venue choice. Anyone who has lived in Orlando/Winter Park for as long as I have knows the name "Puff 'n Stuff." I want you to know that your services were offered at each and every venue we were considering and most often referred to as the "top of the line" caterer. I was a little intimidated by your reputation - because I knew you were the best.

Jamie and Sandy were my first two contacts when inquiring about the process of booking the ballroom and catering services. Their warm, professional answers to my endless questions and their willingness to be available to meet any needs I had gave me the first sign of assurance that you really were the best. I was greeted warmly every time I would just stop by the Ballroom (without any warning most of the time) by Sandy or Shonathan. They never made me feel like I was interrupting or intruding and I know many times I was doing just that!

I will be honest and tell you that my biggest fear was always the cost of what all this wonderful service and quality food was going to be - as you know, there are dozens of other expenses in weddings. This is now where Kenneth comes into play. Kenneth is a lifelong friend of my sisters, but as you know, Kenneth lives in Tampa. When he heard it was our family with a wedding at the ballroom, he immediately called and offered his services to us. I had always planned to call him, but just to ask for his opinions on what food we should choose, but he insisted on coming to Orlando and working with us for our wedding. It is not an easy thing to know that all the things you want are not going be something that you can afford - I struggled with how to tell Kenneth that we had to stay within a budget. He immediately assured me that my budget was a good working budget and told me not to worry, he had the perfect selections to recommend. He guided us through the whole project, told us the most "bang for our buck" with appetizers - carving stations - linens - and even recommended other vendors in our area. He came to town and did a tasting with us and we knew all we had to do was pick up the phone with any questions- so him being out of town, was never an issue. He even landed the RNC, and still made time for us! Basically, Kenneth made this happen for us and I will always be so grateful to him.

What I really wanted you to know was that every person we came in contact with - especially Kenneth, Jade, Jamie & Shonathan - made this year long journey the best it could be for us. Every email, phone call, personal contact we had - we were always made to feel like we were the most important customer to them. Jade and Jamie would begin every email with encouragement and excitement of how close our event was and I felt like they were just as excited as I was. I never had to wait long for any reply, update, invoice, they were fabulous! Shonathan was a shining star in helping us to set up the room - he went above and beyond getting on ladders, suggesting where to put last minute things, and represented your company in a very positive light. I could not have survived the last two days without his support!

Now I am smart enough to know that an event our size was just a small blimp on Puff 'n Stuff's radar, but I was always treated and made to feel like this was a million dollar event by your staff! And............what is most important to me is that all of our guest walked away with a million dollar experience! My phone has not stopped ringing for two days now.

"Puff 'n Stuff was absolutely superb. If your hosting a wedding or an event in the greater Tampa area and your getting referrals for catering.....I have no doubt that you will hear their name. Its for a reason - they simply are the best from beginning to end. Living in Washington, DC we coordinated this wedding in Clearwater from afar. Lauren from Puff 'n Stuff reduced this distance from her responsiveness, professionalism and flexibility. On top of not being in the Tampa area we also wanted a fusion Russian-American wedding. More specifically, food choices from the Central Asian region (Kyrgistan). We sent links to some traditional Central Asian foods like Pilaf, Samsa pies, and others. We actually sent them to other caterers but PuffnStuff was the only caterer who actually was excited. Others ignored the links or barely acknowledged the input. Fast forward, we finally make it down to Tampa for tastings at 6 different caterers. Puff 'n Stuff was the last tasting we had. We tasted bad food, good and pretty good food prior to them. Walking into the Puff 'n Stuff venue was just a different experience than the others. The service was attentive, one on one, they broke out some wine, and then servers started to bring out various dishes. To our surprise, it was the dishes we sent recipe links to. The Chef was inspired and made their own interpretation. The execution was flawless with my Bride nearly shedding a tear as it tasted so close to her native style in Kyrgistan. Throughout the process Lauren was incredibly responsive and helpful in creating a spectacular wedding reception. They were honest in communicating volumes, people required, and where we could scale back and where we needed to beef up. Fast forward to the actual wedding day, their service was flawless and incredibly professional. Tables looked amazing. On price, they were about 15-20% higher than the others but worth every penny. They delivered a unique experience for our guests, not just food. Priceless."

"Nick and I wanted to say thank you so much for everything you did for our wedding, you guys did an amazing job! The work you did setting up was perfect, the service was excellent (the parents of the 6 kids that were there were also grateful that you guys took care of serving the kids and that they got their food first)...everything was better than we could have even imagined. The food especially was great, and a few people told me it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! Since it was a vegetarian wedding (and I was the only vegetarian there with everyone else being avid meat-eaters), I was so happy that everyone not only enjoyed the food, but raved about it. I wanted to take a moment to write you and let you know about our experience with Puff 'n Stuff. As a business owner myself, I know that when I hear from a client, more times than not, its to complain about something. Don't get me wrong, I find great value in that kind of feedback, but every once in a while its nice to hear a compliment.

I will admit that I was extremely nervous hiring Puff 'n Stuff for this event. Clearly, it was a very important day and having nothing to go on other than online reviews, I was understandably concerned. Many of those concerns where allayed when I started talking to Nicole Gerardi. Her professionalism, her experience and her wonderful disposition went a long way in making me feel that my wedding was in the hands of someone competent and professional. Among the 75 guests I had at my wedding were three professional food critics who each proclaimed the food to be among the best catered food they'd ever tasted. Sometimes you'll have guests that will compliment the food to be polite, but without exception everyone at my wedding RAVED about the food. Not to be outdone, your staff was also equally as impressive. Professional, friendly, hard working are just a few words that fall short of describing just how spectacular this team was. I worried about nothing – they handled everything and left my kitchen cleaner then when they arrived. I was so impressed, I brought them out to take a bow and a round of applause from my guests, all of whom greatly appreciated their hard work.

In short, you made me look REALLY good here and I don't mind telling you that I will not only use you again, I will tell anyone that can't run and hide about you as well. I just wanted to make sure you knew what a stellar team you have and what a wonderful job they do.

The Ballroom at Church Street is beautiful! With it's foyer, balcony, courtyards, and ballroom, it gives brides a variety of options to consider for their event. I loved that linens and tables were already preset on Friday. I know that that is not always possible, but it such a help! The food and service were exquisite. Your servers went above and beyond to help ensure that all guests were comfortable. When an extra guest arrived with a baby, they quickly set an additional place setting to accommodate them. "Puff 'n stuff was so fantastic! Food was so excellent that we actually ended up switching our caterer halfway through the planning process. They were so flexible too! At first we picked everything we wanted but the price came out too expensive. We called them a few months later and told them what we wanted to pay and they told us what we could do to achieve that! We ended up with 3 cocktail appetizers, stuffed chicken, roasted vegetables with an aioli sauce, bread, Caesar salad and a twice baked potato for almost the same price we were being offered at a much lower quality place! I was so happy they could work with us! Lauren is awesome! The bacon wrapped tots are the best!"

"On August 19, 2012 Kelly McVeigh and her staff produced and absolutely outstanding reception for Hillsborough Community College. The out of state attendees were from eleven countries and even states as far away as Alaska. Among the local attendees were elected officials and college and university administrators from the area. They all had a wonderful experience at the Glazer Children's Museum. All of your service persons were attentive, professional, and friendly. The food was delicious; the presentation outstanding.

Over what is decades, I have hosted numerous parties and receptions including chairing a conference with close to 2,000 attendees; no one whom I ever worked with was professional as Kelly and as helpful as Kelly. Your team was outstanding and very flexible with staying the extra hour...the food and service was incredible..our guest are still talking about it...I will have to remember the lamb chops and shrimp – they were a huge hit and the dessert stations were the talk of the evening along with the pomegranate martini’s...who knew they would be such the hit... The food was delicious and presented beautifully- just the right color linen, by the way. Kelly, James and Alicia were amazing- attentive and friendly. The Orchid Room was the right call- I can't thank you enough for that judgement. With the rain, we were inside more than I had anticipated. The Rose Room would have been really tight. The sun came out later, so we did take a steamy, but fun, walk through the gardens. It was such a fitting memorial for my mom- she would have loved it- the family all commented that it looked like a meal she would have prepared and presented."
