Are you a creative team player with a passion for food? If so, this job is for you! As part of the Puff ‘n Stuff Catering team, the Event Chef will bring culinary expertise and their problem-solving skills on-site to execute the perfect celebration. This position will assist the Event Supervisor and Lead Culinary to perform catering and food preparation services.
Looking for motivating leaders! Event Supervisors are responsible for monitoring servers’ performance, making recommendations on personnel actions and procedures, and determining most efficient utilization of personnel and on-site equipment. S/he must rely on past experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals as well as leading and directing team members.
Lead Event Chef
Do you enjoy wowing others through exciting culinary experiences? If so, look no further! Lead Event Chefs must have excellent strategy and communication when interacting with the Event Supervisor, clients, guests, vendors and Puff ‘n Stuff Catering Special Event Planners. All back-of-house staff will report directly to the Lead Culinary to perform set-up and food service related tasks. The Lead Event Chef is responsible for ensuring all timing, quantity and flavor expectations are met and exceeded.
