10th Anniversary Celebration | Fantasy of Flight
When Chicago-based Destination Management Company, On The Scene, contacted Puff ‘n Stuff Catering to produce the 10th anniversary celebration for a high-profile corporation and their 600 guests, our team was quick to respond. Creating memorable experiences in unique spaces is our specialty.
This special event was held at Fantasy of Flight in Polk City, Florida, which offered the perfect backdrop for a dramatic and exciting evening. With airplanes at the entrance and inside the venue, theatrical lighting, elegant table settings, lively entertainment, and creative cuisine, the scene was set for a one-of-a-kind event that attendees would not soon forget!

However, with an event of this magnitude, there’s more than meets the eye! The behind the scenes logistics, energy, and attention-to-detail required to plate and serve extravagant dishes to 600 guests within 15 minutes was the true magic.
