Today we are featuring Traci + Bo’s elegant southern wedding held at the Lange Farm in Dade City, Florida. The Garden House at the Lange Farm offers picturesque rolling hills, acres of majestic oak trees, and a Garden House complete with a wrap-around porch, beautiful French doors, chandeliers, and an antique gazebo all working in concert to set the essence of true love and old fashioned romance.
When Traci and Bo’s family and friends arrived, they we’re greeted with tasty passed hors d’oeuvres including Asian beef sates seared with Thai spices & served with a scallion dipping sauce, bacon wrapped potato tots, spinach bouchees, and Key West conch fritters accompanied by a Cajon remoulade. Friends and family enjoyed the beauty of the Lange Farm, and shared the joy of Traci and Bo’s celebration. As guests found their escort cards and seats, they were welcomed to indulge in the much anticipated plated dinner featuring Puff ‘n Stuff Catering’s Champagne Chicken & Grilled Steaks accompanied by garlic smashed potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables. After dinner, Traci and Bo cut the cake, and basked in the sunset glow of their wedding day. Gorgeous from start to finish, Traci and Bo’s special day was flawless, and the perfect start to their new lives together.

Real Weddings | Kajal + Mark | T Pepin’s Hospitality Centre
Today we are featuring Kajal and Mark’s wedding held at the T Pepin’s Hospitality Centre. T Pepin’s was the perfect venue to accommodate all of the unique, beautiful decor and festivities for this breath-taking day. This exotic wedding was absolutely stunning from start to finish, including both a Hindu and Christian Ceremony.
The grand celebration began in the ballroom with the Christian ceremony followed by the Hindu ceremony. To further the guests enjoyment, Mango Lasi’s, a delicious mango drink, were served during the Hindu ceremony. After the ceremonies concluded, guests made their way into the foyer for cocktail hour where they were greeted by the Puff ‘n Stuff Catering staff who butler passed a delicious selection of hors d’oeuvres. After mingling with friends and family, guests made their way back to the ballroom to join Kajal and Mark in the joy and excitement of their special day. Champagne was poured, and toasts were made in honor of the newly wed couple. The highly anticipated dinner buffet menu was an incredible specially fused menu featuring fare from both cultures. Following the exquisite dinner, Kajal and Mark cut the cake, and guests enjoyed authentic Indian desserts throughout the rest of the lively evening. Kajal and Mark’s wedding truly was remarkable in every detail and we were so thrilled to be a part of their celebration!

What Does a Special Event Planner do for Puff 'n Stuff Catering?
My name is Sandy George and I am a Special Event Planner with Puff ‘n Stuff Catering. We cater venues off-site, in peoples homes, and individual residences. We cater events at venues varying from: museums, a tent in a park, an airport hangar, any location can be a party place. From social to corporate clients, I handle a lot of weddings for the Ballroom at Church Street Station. Our clients come from different markets–mostly local. We are expanding to to other markets outside of Orlando as well. Special Event Planners work with Puff ‘n Stuff clients from beginning to the end of the event.
