As the bride and groom, we were constantly taken care of and always had someone checking up on us to see if we needed anything, especially water. Trust me you need someone for that!
The best part was when we received packed food to take with us for the night. I honestly didn't think we needed it but as soon as we got to the hotel, the Mr. and I enjoyed eating every bite of it! Who knew we would be hungry!

They arrived early - Kelly and the Chef set the tone the moment they arrived. And the tone was one of accommodation, adding details, asking what and how we wanted things. Exactly at 7:00 p.m. the appetizers were passed around. The food was perfectly cooked and the steaks were perfect.
Nicole and her assistant Melissa were true pros. They were on their toes at all times. Every question was answered quickly and they gave us amazing ideas. We are sorry we are not generating new suggestions or ideas: Puff 'n Stuff has left us speechless.
We only have praises. The food was tended to until very late: there was no rush to dismantle things. There was not a single empty can or bottle left behind. The staff in the office and at the event was so friendly, yet professional and attentive. We are glad we have discovered Puff 'n Stuff. You are wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, and you have mastered your trade! "
We also had Puff 'n Stuff make our wedding cake. We had a separate cake tasting, which was great. They were able to customize the flavors we were interested in and make adjustments to meet our preferences. We were so pleased with the results, we picked three different cake combinations because we couldn't pick just one!"
Your staff was truly a dream come true! They were extremely attentive and on the ball from our first contact. Kelly McVeigh truly helped make my evening magical and all of your staff from the supervisor and chef to the servers and bartenders were absolutely professional as well as fun.

On the day of the wedding the on site team went beyond what I would have expected of them. My guest raved about the food, the service and how attentive to details the whole staff was. They food manager was always there for anything we needed and when we had to breakdown the decoration, they were more than willing to helps up pack up stuff and haul it to our cars. I plan to use them again in the future – just need to find an excuse to do so!"
From the minute that they arrived Simon was right on point with everything and it just appeared seamless with their arrival and set-up. The staff was so professional with everything including a few small changes that occurred as I’m sure they do all of the time. Anything that needed to be taken care of was done so quickly and professionally.
Throughout the entire event the staff was amazing, the food phenomenal and the service outstanding. Tom Maney who handled the food and Simon overseeing the service staff were just great. At the conclusion I was amazed as how quickly everything was cleaned up and how nice everyone was even at the end of the long day.
As a fellow catering industry professional my first thoughts are sometimes to find what is wrong and seeing how this was for one of my best friends I was being a little extra picky in looking for certain things and I could NOT find even once thing that I would have changed in any way.
This was such an amazing night for Liz and your team helped to make this the exact night that she and I have been planning for the last year. She and I were both blown away by everything!!!!

Jamie and Sandy were my first two contacts when inquiring about the process of booking the ballroom and catering services. Their warm, professional answers to my endless questions and their willingness to be available to meet any needs I had gave me the first sign of assurance that you really were the best. I was greeted warmly every time I would just stop by the Ballroom (without any warning most of the time) by Sandy or Shonathan. They never made me feel like I was interrupting or intruding and I know many times I was doing just that!
I will be honest and tell you that my biggest fear was always the cost of what all this wonderful service and quality food was going to be - as you know, there are dozens of other expenses in weddings. This is now where Kenneth comes into play. Kenneth is a lifelong friend of my sisters, but as you know, Kenneth lives in Tampa. When he heard it was our family with a wedding at the ballroom, he immediately called and offered his services to us. I had always planned to call him, but just to ask for his opinions on what food we should choose, but he insisted on coming to Orlando and working with us for our wedding. It is not an easy thing to know that all the things you want are not going be something that you can afford - I struggled with how to tell Kenneth that we had to stay within a budget. He immediately assured me that my budget was a good working budget and told me not to worry, he had the perfect selections to recommend. He guided us through the whole project, told us the most "bang for our buck" with appetizers - carving stations - linens - and even recommended other vendors in our area. He came to town and did a tasting with us and we knew all we had to do was pick up the phone with any questions- so him being out of town, was never an issue. He even landed the RNC, and still made time for us! Basically, Kenneth made this happen for us and I will always be so grateful to him.
What I really wanted you to know was that every person we came in contact with - especially Kenneth, Jade, Jamie & Shonathan - made this year long journey the best it could be for us. Every email, phone call, personal contact we had - we were always made to feel like we were the most important customer to them. Jade and Jamie would begin every email with encouragement and excitement of how close our event was and I felt like they were just as excited as I was. I never had to wait long for any reply, update, invoice, they were fabulous! Shonathan was a shining star in helping us to set up the room - he went above and beyond getting on ladders, suggesting where to put last minute things, and represented your company in a very positive light. I could not have survived the last two days without his support!
Now I am smart enough to know that an event our size was just a small blimp on Puff 'n Stuff's radar, but I was always treated and made to feel like this was a million dollar event by your staff! And............what is most important to me is that all of our guest walked away with a million dollar experience! My phone has not stopped ringing for two days now.

I wanted to take a moment to write you and let you know about our experience with Puff 'n Stuff. As a business owner myself, I know that when I hear from a client, more times than not, its to complain about something. Don't get me wrong, I find great value in that kind of feedback, but every once in a while its nice to hear a compliment.
I will admit that I was extremely nervous hiring Puff 'n Stuff for this event. Clearly, it was a very important day and having nothing to go on other than online reviews, I was understandably concerned. Many of those concerns where allayed when I started talking to Nicole Gerardi. Her professionalism, her experience and her wonderful disposition went a long way in making me feel that my wedding was in the hands of someone competent and professional. Her suggestions were invaluable, her honest feedback and seemingly insatiable desire to ensure that every aspect of this event went off without a hitch more than impressed me. Of course, all that looks good on paper. The true test is the event itself and boy did Puff n Stuff deliver.
Among the 75 guests I had at my wedding were three professional food critics who each proclaimed the food to be among the best catered food they'd ever tasted. Sometimes you'll have guests that will compliment the food to be polite, but without exception everyone at my wedding RAVED about the food. Not to be outdone, your staff was also equally as impressive. Professional, friendly, hard working are just a few words that fall short of describing just how spectacular this team was. I worried about nothing – they handled everything and left my kitchen cleaner then when they arrived. I was so impressed, I brought them out to take a bow and a round of applause from my guests, all of whom greatly appreciated their hard work.
In short, you made me look REALLY good here and I don't mind telling you that I will not only use you again, I will tell anyone that can't run and hide about you as well. I just wanted to make sure you knew what a stellar team you have and what a wonderful job they do.

The Ballroom at Church Street is beautiful! With it's foyer, balcony, courtyards, and ballroom, it gives brides a variety of options to consider for their event. I loved that linens and tables were already preset on Friday. I know that that is not always possible, but it such a help! The food and service were exquisite. Your servers went above and beyond to help ensure that all guests were comfortable. When an extra guest arrived with a baby, they quickly set an additional place setting to accommodate them. I love working with great event teams! Thanks for everything!"

Of course, the food was amazing. Every adjustment we discussed at the tasting was executed flawlessly. There was something for everyone and an arsenal of delicious bites all night. All of the bars ran smoothly and there never seemed to be anyone waiting in line. That was quite magical for the attendance we had.
I hope that you will share this with your team (and when I say this, I mean literally read this out loud to them or forward this message). I was so impressed by their professionalism and teamwork. When people enjoy what they do and working together, it really shows. I interacted with a good number of the staff throughout the night and they each made me feel like I was the most important person in the room (and these were people who did not know I was the client). I also had the opportunity to be behind the scenes and observe the staff interacting with each other. Everything I witnessed was like a well-oiled machine. Like you, we manage large crews for our events - so I have a special appreciation for the important role their work ethic plays because it translates, without a doubt, from the back of house to the front. Sometimes this part of the team goes unnoticed or do not know that they are appreciated. I want them to know that their work with us is valued. They are crucial to making us all look good. Charlyne and Junior were great, and they definitely “picked up the ball and ran with it.” They had full command of every aspect of the process and were polite, accommodating, and helpful as we executed a challenging program since we had no history of running that format. I did not get the opportunity to personally engage with the rest of the team as the event unfolded and my attention was turned to the details that my team had to specifically address, but I can say that the staffing transitions went off impeccably and every member of the Puff 'n Stuff team represented your company well and did a great job. Over what is decades, I have hosted numerous parties and receptions including chairing a conference with close to 2,000 attendees; no one whom I ever worked with was professional as Kelly and as helpful as Kelly. When that dinner curtain opened, WOW – what a statement. And nothing spoke louder than the food itself….absolutely amazing. I received so many positive comments from our guests. We have one guest who is a professional fisherman by trade. He said that the Sea Bass was the best he’s had. That says something for sure.

The food was delicious and presented beautifully- just the right color linen, by the way. Kelly, James and Alicia were amazing- attentive and friendly. The Orchid Room was the right call- I can't thank you enough for that judgement. With the rain, we were inside more than I had anticipated. The Rose Room would have been really tight. The sun came out later, so we did take a steamy, but fun, walk through the gardens. It was such a fitting memorial for my mom- she would have loved it- the family all commented that it looked like a meal she would have prepared and presented."
